降脂消腫湯

都市人少出汗,加上冬天寒冷,特別易水腫和手腳冰凍,應該多喝一些能暖身兼去腫的湯水。這道「降脂消腫湯」加有紫菜和西芹,兩種也是利尿消水腫的食材。紫菜更有降脂作用,有助年末聚會、大吃大喝後消滯。

降脂消腫湯

材料
紫菜 5錢
西芹 2棵
紅蘿蔔 1個
排骨 1斤
蜜棗 1粒
薑 1片
AK惹味粉 1茶匙
水 8杯

做法
1. 排骨洗淨,放入加有薑片的水內汆燙去血水。
2. 紫菜浸洗、西芹去筋切段、紅蘿蔔去皮切件。
3. 鍋中加入清水煮滾,加入排骨、紅蘿蔔及蜜棗,先用大火煮10分鐘,再轉小火煮1小時,加入紫菜及西芹再煮30分鐘,加惹味粉調味即成。

Seaweed, Celery and Carrot Soup

Ingredient
Seaweed 19g
Celery 2 stalks
Carrot 1 pc
Lean pork 600g
Dried fig 1 pc
Ginger 1 slice
Vegetarian seasonings powder 1 tsp
Water 8 cups

Method
1. Rinse lean pork, briefly scalds in cold water with ginger. Remove and rinse well.
2. Soak seaweed. Cut celery into section. Skin and cut carrot into pieces.
3. Bring water to boil. Put in lean pork, carrot and dried fig and bring to boil over high heat for 10 minutes. Reduce to low heat and cook for 1 hour. Add seaweed and celery and cook 30 minutes more. Seasoning. Done.
