3日排毒餐  有毒排毒、有脂溶脂、水腫消腫

現代人,周身毒、人人毒!

2001年,亞特蘭大美國疾病防治中心的科學家為2,400名市民進行一項測驗,檢驗血液和尿液中的148種特定毒素。結果發現「每一個」測試對象體內都含有數十種毒素!

歐盟13個國家的環境部長亦曾於04年一項國際衛生會議中,將每人的血液送檢,同樣發現「每個人」都遭到合成化學品毒素的污染,包括來自食品包裝、殺蟲劑、塑膠料、芳香劑等。而我們每日「無形中」攝取的食物毒素更多:合成化學食品添加物、防腐劑、色素、肉類中的合成荷爾蒙及抗生素、農藥等等。

若身體健康良好,自然能夠將毒素代謝、排泄;否則,毒素殘留體內,輕則會出現便秘、易疲勞、精神散亂、生暗瘡、面色黃、體力變差、肥胖、水腫等,重則生病或致癌。

所以,今期特別介紹一個「三日排毒餐」,等身體變乾淨!

第一日
早餐:新鮮蔬果2至3個
午餐:排毒瘦身湯(飲湯食菜肉)
午餐後喝一碗五花茶,到中藥房買一包,五碗水煮成一碗水不加糖,剩渣再3碗水煮成1碗水,晚餐後飲(不可喝涼茶舖的)
晚餐:排毒瘦身湯(飲湯食菜)+1碗糙米飯

第二日
早餐:同上
午餐:解毒美白粥1至2碗+1大碟水煮菜
晚餐:同上
餐後飲兩包玫瑰草本茶或1支细裝60cc排毒酵精

第三日
早餐:同上
全日任飲排毒果汁,餓就飲
晚上飲兩包玫瑰草本茶或1支细裝60cc排毒酵精

* 果菜能用有機的最好
* 每日都要用香薰油浸浴或足浴,要浸到出汗。
* 五花茶及玫瑰草本茶、排毒酵精是解毒通便用,一定要有。每天要喝2000ml以上清水。所有罐裝、包裝食飲品一概不用。
* 最理想是連做9日,然後每月做3日,我跟9日輕6磅,穿褲小一個碼
* 任何病患者食用前先請教醫生

排毒瘦身湯
功效:降血壓、利腸胃、通便、清熱解毒
材料:西芹、西蘭花適量,蕃茄3個,馬蹄10粒,紅蘿蔔半斤,有機雞肉12兩,蜜棗2粒,鹽少許,薑1片。
做法:
1. 紅蘿蔔去皮、洗淨後切塊;蕃茄洗淨切塊;馬蹄去皮洗淨備用。
2. 將雞肉洗淨,放入滾水中加入薑片汆水燙去血水。
3. 鍋中放入十碗水煮滾,加入全部材料,用大火煮十分鐘,再轉小火煮二小時後,加鹽調味即可。

解毒美白粥
功效:解熱毒、消水腫、除暗瘡、美肌膚。
材料:薏仁、綠豆、米各75克,陳皮1小塊,甜食加冰糖,鹹食加一罐雞湯。
做法:薏仁、綠豆洗淨後,泡水3小時或一個晚上,把所有材料放入煮滾的水,煮成粥。

排毒果汁
功效:清熱解毒、利尿消腫、改善便秘、美白養顏。
做法:將適量蘋果、西芹、紅蘿蔔、青瓜、蕃茄「攪拌」成汁。

Three-Day Detox Meal
Detox, reduce fat and swelling
Suitable for people who want a slimmer lower body

Nowadays, everyone has toxins all over the body. Drink an unlimited amount of detoxifying fruit and vegetable juice throughout the day

Notes:
* choose organic fruits and vegetables whenever possible
* Take an aromatherapy oil bath or footbath daily until sweating
* Drink at least 2,000ml of water a day
* Ideally, follow the diet for 9 consecutive days, and then repeat 3 days per month

Detox and slimming soup
Ingredients: celery, broccoli, 3 tomatoes, 10 water chestnuts, half pound of carrots, 12 taels of organic chicken breast, 2 candied dates, a pinch of salt, 1 slice of ginger
Recipe:
1. Peel and cut carrots into slice, cut tomatoes, peel chestnuts as a spare
2. Put the chicken into boiling water with ginger slices to remove blood
3. Add 10 bowls of water and put in all ingredients, boil over high heat for 10 minutes, then turn to low heat and cook for 2 hours, add salt to taste and serve

Detox and slimming soup
Ingredients: Coix seed, mung bean, 75 grams of rice, small piece of tangerine peel. Add rock sugar for sweet taste, add chicken soup for salty taste
Recipe: Wash the coix seed and mung bean and soak them in water for 3 hours. Put all the ingredients in boiling water, and cook into porridge

Detox Juice
Recipe: blend desired amount of apple, celery, carrot, cucumber and tomato to juice
