四大天王瘦身餐
(適合平臺期及黃金十日瘦身)
此餐的重點是擾亂卡路里的吸收,減少食物的功效及消耗大量卡路里。
人類是靠攝取三大巨量營養素:蛋白質、脂肪、碳水化合物來維生,這三大營養素存在著完美的特定比例──5:3:2,即五份碳水化合物,三份脂肪及兩份蛋白質。這比例結構相當接近母奶的成分。每當我們吃進的食物符合這5:3:2的特定比例,小腸便會用最高的效率來吸收卡路里,而卡路里的產量促使了體重的增加。想快速減輕體重,「擾亂卡路里的吸收」,再「消耗大量卡路里」是一個絕佳的方法。「四大天王瘦身餐」是用純蛋白質攝取法原理,雖則外國流行長期使用此類蛋白質瘦身餐,但我個人只建議「極短期使用」,因長期使用此類食法,容易導致憂鬱症及早衰老!反之,短期實行的話,即可完全發揮其優點。由於消化器官並非為處理這項單一營養素而設計,當它只需要消化蛋白質,會非常困難運作,也因而無法充分吸收其中的卡路里,而且,身體「消化」蛋白質,是需要「消耗」更大的卡路里。當你吃了100卡路里的碳水化合物,消化吸收的工作只用掉了7卡路里;吃100卡路里脂肪的話,只用掉12卡路里;吃100卡路里的純蛋白質,則可消耗掉30卡路里!!
此餐的好處:
一、可降低胃口。油脂容易消化吸收,產生淺薄的飽足感,因而容易過量進食;相反,純蛋白餐有天然的止饑能力,能延續人的飽足感。
二、極速改善浮腫及水分滯留。
三、能瘦身卻不會造成肌肉損失及皮膚鬆馳。
注意事項:
一、此餐十天為一療程,每月只可進行一療程,絕不可長期進行!
二、每天「必須」喝1,500c.c.以上清水;
三、每天喝一杯幫助排便的「玫瑰草本茶」,因純蛋白質餐容易出現便秘。
四、完全避免醣類及脂肪食物,餐前飲用一杯消脂吸油寶,隔油效果更好。
五丶出現口乾、口氣情況可多喝水及咬嚼無糖香口膠。
進食方法:
第一至五天:只可進食「四大天王」食物,量不限,吃到飽。
第六至十天:除了「四大天王」食物 ,可加入蔬菜(水果不要),50%「四大天王」,50%蔬菜,如:番茄、菠菜、西蘭花、黃瓜、芥蘭等,量不限,吃到飽。但不可以吃澱粉質類,如米麵等五穀、粟米、薯類。
* 可用「少量」植物香料,如醋、粗鹽、蒜、洋蔥、蔥、檸檬、辣椒、芥末來調味(糖不可)。
*可喝咖啡、茶(玫瑰草本茶、消脂吸油寶)。
*煮法:清蒸、燉、炒、煎,但不可加油。以清蒸、燉為首選,可同時把多餘的油脂釋出,所以浮在表面的油絕不可吃。可用無毒性易潔鑊。
** 我沒有列出的食物,就是不可以吃的!
「四大天王」食物:
一、 任何肉類:只可吃瘦肉部分,絕不可吃脂肪或皮,可吃內臟,牛羊豬均可。
二、 海鮮:所有魚類、甲殼類及貝類均可,魚蝦蟹蠔吃到飽。
三、 任何家禽:如雞鴨鵝等,吃最瘦的部分,以雞胸為首選,不可吃皮。
四、 奶蛋類:奶必須喝脫脂的,可喝脫脂奶、無糖脫脂優格乳/無糖脫脂優酪乳(自製更好)。奶及蛋最好用有機,謹記!如找不到,一般的也可。

“SEMP” Slimming Meal

High protein diet
Day 1 to Day 5:
Only eat “SEMP” foods, no limit, eat until full.
Day 6 to day 10:
Beside “SEMP” foods, you can add 50% vegetables (no fruits), such as tomatoes, spinach, broccoli, cucumbers, Chinese broccoli etc. Those food can eat with no limit. Do not eat starchy products such as rice, noodles, corn and potatoes.
* It can be flavored with “small amounts" of spices, such as vinegar, crude salt, garlic, lemon, pepper and mustard (no sugar). You can drink coffee and tea. Cooking method: steam, stew, stir-fry, fry, but do not add oil. Prefer steaming and stewing, which can release excess oil. Do not eat the oil floating on the surface.
** Foods unlisted above do not allow to eat.
A short-term full protein meal achieved the fat burning result. Especially suitable for meat lover and people who have entered a plateau of weight loss. Eat eggs and skimmed milk for breakfast. Eat skinless meat and sashimi for lunch and dinner. You still can feel full while losing weight.
“SEMP” foods
1. Any kind of meat: Only lean meat, do not eat fat or skin. Offal can be eaten. Beef, lamb and pork can be eaten.
2. Seafood: All kinds of fish, crustaceans and shellfish can be eaten. Eat fish, shrimp, crab and oyster until full.
3. Any poultry such as chickens, ducks and geese. Eat the leanest part. Chicken breast is the first choice. Do not eat the skin.
4. Milk and eggs. Must drink skimmed milk. You can drink skimmed milk or sugar-free skimmed cheese (self-made is better). Prefer organic milk and eggs.
Cautions:
1. This meal is a 10-day treatment. Must not execute for a long time.
2. You must drink more than 1,500 ml of water every day.
3. Drink a cup of defecation tea every day as constipation may occur due to pure protein meals.
4. Completely avoid sugar and fatty foods.
5. If you have dry mouth or bad breath, drink plenty of water and chew sugar-free chewing gum.
6. Only follow this menu once a month. The rest of the time need to follow “Angel’s Natural Diet”.
教主想请教一下,我跟了两次四大天王,几乎前五天会瘦的很明显,但后来体重会平稳下来。跟完餐后我也有继续跟宇宙餐没有出过村,但体重慢慢恢复了?这是怎么回事(就是体重会回到跟四大前)
