早餐:排毒酵精(30-90毫升),半小時後高水分纖維蔬果+黑糖補茶
午餐:2碗新鮮沙律菜+1個水果
下午茶:1杯鮮榨蔬果汁+1個水果+60克或不多於10粒的果仁
晚餐:排毒酵精(30-90毫升)+2碗新鮮沙律菜+1個水果
Breakfast: Detox Enzyme (30-90ml). After 30 minutes, eat high dietary fiber fruits and vegetables + Brown Sugar Ginger Tea.
Lunch: 2 bowls of fresh salad + 1 fruit
Afternoon tea: 1 cup of freshly squeezed vegetable juice + 1 fruit + 60 grams or no more than 10 nuts
Dinner: Detox Enzyme (30-90ml) + 2 bowls of fresh salad + 1 fruit
此餐結合中醫營養智慧,以黑糖補茶平衡蔬果的寒涼;透過咀嚼蔬果和攝取纖維,來增加飽腹感。短時間進食高酵素食物,能極速排毒,針對減肚腩和消除下半身水腫。
This meal blends the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine nutrition, using Brown Sugar Ginger Tea to balance the coldness of fruits and vegetables. Increase the feeling of fullness by chewing fruits and vegetables and ingesting fiber. Eating high enzyme vegetarian foods in short period of time can detoxify quickly. It aims to reduce belly fat and eliminate swelling of lower body.
注意事項:
-排毒酵素的份量要視乎個人體質而定,初飲用酵精人士,可先從30毫升開始;如體內毒素多,飲用後會覺得肚子谷脹,可將酵精份量增至60或90毫升。
-此3日內以進食新鮮蔬果為主。不進食任何蛋白質、澱粉類/澱粉類蔬果、奶類/乳酪製品的食物。
-餐單中所飲用的蔬果汁必須為鮮榨,最好能選擇多款綜合水果蔬菜榨成的。
-避免進食寒涼蔬果,可混入溫熱水果以平衡寒氣(如荔枝、龍眼),或多選擇平性蔬果,如蘋果等。
-所有蔬菜以不高於45度的水溫烹煮,以完整保留酵素。
-沙律菜可配特級初榨橄欖油、意大利黑醋、鮮榨檸檬汁來調味。如怕蔬果寒涼,可於餐後半小時飲用黑糖補茶。
-每日只可吃60克(或10粒)原味果仁,或吃半個牛油果。
-此餐單每月只能進行兩次,兩次之間最好相隔兩星期。其餘時間需配合「唐安麒宇宙飲食」。
Cautions:
-The amount of Detox Enzyme depends on personal physique. For those who are new to drinking enzymes, start with 30ml. You may feel bloating after drinking enzymes if there are too many toxins in the body. You can increase the volume of enzymes to 60 or 90 ml.
-Mainly eat fresh fruits and vegetables during these 3 days. Do not eat protein, starch/ starchy fruits and vegetables, milk/ cheese products.
-The fruits and vegetables juice in the menu must be freshly squeezed. Prefer different kinds of Integrated fruit to squeeze out the juice.
-Avoiding eating cold fruits and vegetables, mix warm fruits to balance the cold (such as lychee, longan), or choose more flat fruits and vegetables, such as apples.
– All vegetables are cooked at a water temperature not higher than 45 degrees to preserve the enzymes.
– Salad dishes can be seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. If you do not like cold fruits and vegetables, drink Brown Sugar Ginger Tea half an hour after a meal.
– You can only eat 60 grams (or 10 pieces) of original nuts per day, or eat half an avocado.
– Only follow this menu twice a month, preferably two weeks apart between each fasting. The rest of the time need to follow “Angel’s Natural Diet”.
