消腫南瓜蒸蛋

材料
AK消腫南瓜湯 1包
南瓜 1/4個
蛋 3隻
熱水 200毫升
AK惹味粉 1茶匙

做法
1. 南瓜去皮切粒,蒸15分鐘至軟身,用叉壓成蓉。
2. 消腫南瓜湯加200ml熱水拌勻。
3. 蛋加入南瓜湯打勻,加南瓜蓉及調味,隔水蒸8分鐘即成。

Chinese Steamed Egg with Pumpkin

AK slimming pumpkin soup 1 pack
Pumpkin 1/4 pc
Egg 3 pcs
Hot water 200ml
Vegetarian seasonings powder 1 tsp

Method
1. Skin and deseed the pumpkin, cut into small pieces. Bring water to boil, steam for 15 minutes. Mashed.
2. Mix pumpkin soup powder with 200ml hot water.
3. Crack eggs into a large bowl. Lightly beat eggs. Add soup, mashed pumpkin and seasoning and mix well. Strain egg mixture into a bowl, gently place the bowl onto a prepared steamer. Steam for 8 minutes, or until set.
