惹味滷肉燴滑豆腐
材料
免治豬肉 150克
硬豆腐(切丁) 1磚
AK素滷肉醬 2湯匙
蒜茸 1茶匙
蔥(切粒) 1棵
麻油 1茶匙
AK冷壓椰子油 1湯匙
調味料
無味精雞湯 2湯匙
豉油 1茶匙
老抽 1茶匙
米酒 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
AK惹味粉 1茶匙
生粉 1茶匙
做法
1. 將調味料拌勻,備用。
2. 燒紅鑊下油,中火爆香蒜茸,加入豬肉及滷肉醬,炒至豬肉七成熟。
3. 加入豆腐及調味料,輕力拌煮至豬肉熟透。再下麻油及蔥粒,即成。
Braised Minced Pork with Tofu
Ingredients
Minced pork 150g
Tofu (cubes) 1 pcs
Vegetarian marinated pork sauce 2 tbsp
Mashed garlic 1 tsp
Spring onion (chopped) 1 stalk
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Cold-pressed coconut oil 1 tbsp
Seasonings
Chicken broth 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Dark soy sauce 1 tsp
Rice wine 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Vegetarian seasonings powder 1 tsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Method
1. Mix seasonings well, set aside.
2. Heating coconut oil, sauté garlic over medium-heat, add pork and marinated pork sauce, stir-fry till 70% done.
3. Add tofu and mixed seasonings, stir-fry lightly until pork done. Pour sesame oil and spring onion, serve hot.
