黃金十日瘦身快
不少女生在月經來臨前都會頭痛、胸悶、肌肉酸痛、胸部腫脹、身體浮腫、心情鬱悶。從醫學角度來看,這就是「經前症候群」,與荷爾蒙分秘調整有關。並會經常感到肚餓,不時心思思想吃朱古力、薯片等。不過,經期後十日卻是瘦身的黃金期,我稱它為「黃金十日」,是指經期完全乾淨後的十日。在這十日,不會常感肚餓,新陳代謝也會較快,進行瘦身也會減得特別快。

女生經期期間,體內會囤積大量水份、缺少鐵質和鈣質、身體浮腫、新陳代謝也變慢,在這段時間繼續減肥,只會讓體不舒服和精神疲累。經期後的十日,女性雌激素開始上升,有助穩定子宮環境,內裏的黃體素仍處於分秘量極低狀態,積存體內的水分得以慢慢排出。加上經期後心情普遍較輕鬆,心理及生理的狀態較好,消化、吸收及代謝效果較佳。趁這十日進行一些較難的減肥方法,如控制飲食的瘦身餐,絕對事半功倍。

以貪吃的我為例,每逄經前都會多吃一點,再利用經期食欲較少的黃金十日,進行「黃金十日餐單」,不單沒有胖,還會減多一兩磅。我有一位護士網友,她連續三次月經期後都跟足「黃金十日餐單」,平均每次減走6磅,三個月便輕鬆減去18磅。不過要提醒大家,在經期後三至五天,也要吃些滋補食材,如含豐富鐵質、補血養肝的豬肝,滋補一下經期後較弱的體質。

只要調理好身體,每月經期不單不辛苦,還是加速瘦身的好機會。

第1-3日:
以補身食療為主。早餐進食蔬果配一杯黑糖補茶;午餐進食蔬菜配肉類補身菜式;晚餐進食蔬菜配補身湯粥

第4-6日:
跟「林志玲三日瘦身餐」。

第7-10日:
梅花間竹地進行正常宇宙餐及全蔬果日。即第7及第9日進行正常宇宙餐(即二成海鮮/同一款肉類/澱粉質,再配七成蔬菜),第8及第10日進行全蔬果日。

林志玲三日瘦身餐
(這三天不可喝任何冷飲,每天喝10杯以上溫熱水。)
早餐:溫熱水1杯、水果2個、梳打餅乾3片、脫脂乳酪1/2杯

午餐:水煮菜2碗、再配去皮雞腿1只/雞胸肉1份(清蒸或切片後用無味精雞湯煮熟)/魚1條(如手掌大小)或5片魚生/瘦肉8片(可烤煮或用無味精雞湯煮熟)/豆腐2塊(每塊如半隻手掌大小)/黃豆5湯匙

晚餐:水煮菜2碗、纖體粥1碗

Fit for people with cold hands and feet, have period pain.

Ten days after the menstruation is the golden period of weight loss. The estrogen rises in this period, it helps to stabilize the uterine. The progesterone inside uterine is still in a state of extremely low secretion, and the body waste can be discharged. In addition, women have better mental and physical condition after menstruation, it makes the digestion, absorption and metabolism the best. Work out this meal in these ten days, weight loss can get twice the result with half the effort.

Day 1 to Day 3:
Focus on replenish body meal. Eat vegetables and fruits with Brown Sugar Ginger Tea or Jujube Longan Tea for breakfast. For lunch, eat vegetables with meat. For dinner, eat vegetables with Nourishing Congee.

Day 4 to Day 6: Follow “Lin Chi-Ling Three Days Slimming Meal”
Breakfast: Drink 30ml Detox Enzyme on an empty stomach. One hour later, drink 1 cup of warm water, 2 fruits, 3 saltine soda crackers, and a half cup of skimmed yoghurt.
Lunch: 2 bowls of boiled vegetables, with 1 skinless chicken drumstick/ 1 chicken breast (steamed or sliced and cooked in MSG-free chicken soup)/ 1 fish (the size of a palm), or 5 slices of raw fish/ 8 slices of lean meat (grilled or cooked in MSG-free chicken soup)/ 2 pieces of tofu (each piece is the size of a half palm)/ 5 tablespoons of soybeans.
Dinner: 2 bowls of boiled vegetables, 1 bowl of Nourishing Congee, and 30ml of Detox Enzyme after meal.

Day 7 to Day 10:
Alternating between Angel’s Natural Diet and full day vegetables and fruits meal. Follow Angel’s Natural Diet on the seventh and ninth day (30% seafood/ one kind of meat/ wheat starch, and 70% vegetables). On the eighth and tenth day, follow full day vegetables and fruits meal. You can only eat high dietary fiber vegetables and fruits throughout the day.

Women have regular changes in their menstrual cycle every month. If they are supplemented in time with the cycle, they can reverse their skin age easily and weight loss healthily. Therefore, start nourishing body when you are young.
