林志玲(Chi-ling) – 3日瘦身餐單

早餐:
1) 溫熱水1杯
2) 水果2個
3) 梳打餅乾3片
4) 脫脂乳酪半杯

午餐:
1) 〈消脂吸油寶〉1包
2) 水煮菜2碗
3) 再選下列任何一款食物:

(一)去皮雞腿1隻
(二)雞胸肉1份,可清蒸,或切片後用1罐雞湯煮熟
(三)魚1條(如手掌大小)或5片魚生也可
(四)瘦肉8片,可用烤煮,或是用1罐雞湯煮熟
(五)豆腐2塊(每塊如半隻手掌大小)或黃豆5湯匙

晚餐:
1) 水煮菜2碗
2) 纖體粥1包
3) 〈玫瑰草本茶〉1杯

注意事項:
1. 三天期間不可喝任何冷飲,每天喝10杯以上的溫熱水或茶。
2. 不可飲用含糖飲料或甜食。
3. 此瘦身餐單每兩星期只可進行1次,一個月不能超過2次,不能連續六天進行。(如三天瘦身餐 → 兩星期正常飲食 → 三天瘦身餐)
4. 每天須步行或原地踏步30分鐘(可以邊看電視邊踏步)。
5. 此餐單平均可減去2至3公斤,三天期間必須多喝溫熱水。

– 如買不到如消脂吸油寶玫瑰草本茶等產品可以不用,但會減少效果
– 纖體粥可以自已煮,參考我blog內的食譜
– 請跟足餐單,請勿留言問可否更改其他食物
– 任何病患者請先請教醫生是否適合此餐單

Chi-Ling’s three-day slimming meal, which is very popular in the modelling industry, was specially designed for Lin Chi-Ling. It aims to disrupt the absorption of calories through short-term dietary restrictions to rapid weight loss. Feel satiated and still lose 3 to 5 pounds in 3 days.

Breakfast:
1) 1 cup of warm water
2) 2 fruits
3) 3 saltine soda crackers
4) half cup of skimmed yoghurt

Lunch:
1) 1 pack of〈Super SatiSlim Drink〉
2) 2 bowls of boiled vegetables
3) Choose one of the following foods:

Dinner:
1) 2 bowls of boiled vegetables
2) 1 bowl of Nourishing Congee
3) 1 cup of〈Holistic Rosehip Tea〉

Notes:
1. Cold drink is not allowed during this three-day. Drink more than 10 cups of warm water or tea per day.
2. Do not consume sugary drinks or sweets.
3. Only follow this slimming menu once every two weeks. Do not follow this menu  more than twice a month or repeat it consecutively for six days. (e.g. three-day slimming meal → two weeks normal diet → three-day slimming meal)
4. Take walks or pace in place for 30 minutes every day (you can do it while watching TV)

5.Remember to drink more warm water during this three-day period.
-You can still use the slimming meal plan if you do not have Super SatiSlim Drink or Holistic Rosehip Tea, but the overall effect may be less efficient.
-You can cook vegetable congee by yourself, please refer to the recipe in Dr. Angel’s blog.
-Please follow the menu and do not change any food items.
